Representative George Seeks Another Term

TOPEKA – Representative Pat George (R- Dodge City) announced his plans to run for re-election as 119th district Representative.

“I’m proud to announce that I will be seeking another term in the Kansas House of Representatives,” said Representative George. “There is much work to be done and I look forward to my continued service of the people of the 119th district”.

Rep. George was elected to his first term in 2005. He currently serves as a member of the Taxation, Transportation and Financial Institutions Committees. Additionally, he serves on the House Environment Committee.

"Pat has shown excellent leadership in the House throughout his service here," said House Speaker Doug Mays. "He was hardworking and passionate throughout his first term. It has been a privilege to serve alongside him.”

Representative George and his wife, Lori, live in Dodge City with their children Thomas, Anna and Maris George. His campaign co-chairs are Shelly Holle and Brian Weber. His campaign coordinator and communications director is Cleone Young and Nancy Folkerts, respectively.
